The Girl Scouts of America have gone full-on woke long ago. Years back, the organization decided to hop on the trans bandwagon back in 2011.

Fast forward to today, the Girl Scouts of America still includes gender-inclusive language to “serve youth members and volunteers who reflect a spectrum of gender identity”.

Girls* refers to those who identify with the Girl Scout experience, which includes
cisgender girls, gender-expansive youth, transgender youth, non-binary youth,
gender non-conforming youth, genderqueer youth, and any girl-identifying
human.”-Girl Scouts of Western Washington

To also include boys who think they are girls by “identifying with an experience”. Now, Girl Scouts can identify with new experiences, to include Mosque visits and learning the Five Pillars of Islam. I’m not kidding. More:

Mosque-based troops in several states have used Girl Scout programming to teach Islamic practices, including prayer, Ramadan and hijab. The examples appear to involve individual troops and local councils rather than a nationwide requirement imposed on all Girl Scouts.”-Roberto Wakerell-Cruz, The Post Millennial

That “All About Islam” program requires every level—from Daisies up—to complete all Five Pillars, beginning with the Shahada.

No Thin Mints for you, little Susie because we’re making like it’s Ramadan. But, they have a killer hijab photo booth at the event. It was a standout attraction, as a matter of fact. From the SALAM Center in Sacramento California’s write-up on Girl Scouts’ World Thinking Day:

The event was filled with engaging activities that encouraged unity and understanding among the girls. Lyla served as our enthusiastic MC, setting a lively tone for the day and getting everyone excited for the festivities ahead. To welcome our guests, Amira and Sister Aicha took charge of registration and refreshments, creating an inviting atmosphere as soon as everyone arrived. Sister Eva volunteered to ensure the health and safety of all the attendees in case of any emergency. Zeena and Zayna led informative tours of the masjid. A standout attraction was the hijab photo booth created by Sister Tammy and Talia, where girls had the opportunity to try on hijabs and explore the significance of modesty. Additionally, Jenna and Jude facilitated an informative booth about Palestine, fostering awareness and empathy among the girls.”-SALAM Center

An “informative booth” about Palestine to foster awareness and empathy. Right. Girls could earn four badges to include Ramadan With A Friend. Cannot wait for the Sharia With My Sisters badge to come out. By now you’re probably wondering, why should your girls (or boys) be a Girl Scout?

Do cool things. Choose your own adventure. Have fun. Burkas are cool. Burkas are adventurous. Donning a burka could be fun. Yes, this is what young girls and women do in oppressive, Muslim countries, right?

This is not just isolated to a few local Girl Scout troops in Dearborn, Michigan. This is Girl Scouts USA.

Girl Scouts of the USA has promoted the same model. A national GSUSA feature celebrated Orange County troops that hosted an Open Mosque Day for Girl Scout families, including a mosque tour and presentations connecting Islam to the Girl Scout Promise and Law.”-Natalie Winters

World Thinking Day could not only encompass the Five Pillars of Islam. The same empathy band awareness and encouragement of modesty could be accomplished by teaching the girls the Ten Commandments. To name a few: One GOD. Honor Thy Mother and Thy Father.Thou Shalt Not Covet Thy Neighbors Goods. Thou Shall Not Kill. Even in the name of Allah? And, allow me to guess, there was no mention of Hamas at that Palestine booth set up to raise “empathy” and “awareness”.

You know what I would love to see? The Muslim Girl Scouts in Dearborn hosting the trans, “identifying with the girl experience” Scouts of Western Washington State at a mosque. That would be fun. I’ll bring the Samoas. They’re Halal, right?
