Men and women both enjoy spending time with their BFF’s of the same sex, so it should be a nothing-burger that gay guys — Dylan Mulvaney and Tim “Sarah” McBride — decided to break bread one night and share a couple of Cosmopolitans together.

But both gentlemen are nothing if not Defcon Level 1 narcissists — one chasing fame as a minstrel in woman face and one a Congresscritter up for reelection. Release the ego strokes …

Dylan is still looking to recapture the attention he got after his turn as The Face of New.Bud.Lite. That “influencer” title bestowed on him solely because of his slapstick schtick as “100 Days of Girlhood” evaporated overnight with the Bud fiasco and he’s been giving it that old high-school-theater-kid try ever since, even undergoing plastic surgery to regain the buzz.

“Sarah” McBride, best known for his histrionic rants about being “misgendered” along with demands to use the women’s restrooms in Congress, is yet another lifelong Potemkin politician from Delaware — you know, the state that kept re-electing Creepy Joe for a 36-year run in Congress — who needed an angle to distinguish himself after college rather than just be another boring white guy who was gay. He kept the gay and went for the So Stunning and Brave TQ card. He didn’t have to worry too hard running in 2024, Delaware prefers to push the mentally ill on the rest of the nation, winning the seat by 10K votes. But even favored +14.7 points this November doesn’t keep him in the news so cue the self-serving documentary on the slings and arrows of “tRaNSphObiA” he must endure.

LARPing is just so darned exhausting! Time for a date night.

Doll night out? Oh dear. 29-year-old Dylan still stuck on his role in the Temu version of Clueless, only with testosterone blockers.

Mulvaney and McBride certainly deserve each other (though, how they’ll fit both their egos into the same Subaru Outback may doom this Bromance from the start).

But can the rest of us just be kept out of the loop?
