Mamdani Still Has NYC’s Private Property Owners on Edge

The Ayatollah Mamdani is both courting President Trump and still pursuing his socialist dreams of ridding New York City of private landlords. They are tired of waiting for answers from Supreme Leader.

And while Mamdani’s Office to Protect Tenants Director Cea Weaver feels that private property is nothing but White Supremacy, more melanin-enriched landlords have stepped forward to object.

New York City landlords are sharply criticizing remarks from a top housing official in Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s administration who previously linked homeownership to white supremacy, calling the comments “racist” and dismissive of immigrant property owners.

You all remember Ms. Sniffles, Cea Weaver, right?

Cea Weaver is now part of the Mamdani administration, and has a long track record of spewing all sorts of communist nonsense about “abolishing private property” and how private ownership is a form of “white supremacy.” It should be noted that Cea Weaver is whiter than printer paper, so this is clearly her way of making herself a “good” person while bowing the knee to her socialist ideals.

Let’s say that private landlords have noted the complete lack of contact with Hizzoner and would like to send a message:

New York City small property owners who spoke with Fox News Digital say Weaver’s views are “insulting,” and paint landlords with a broad and unfair brush.

Jan Lee, a third-generation Chinatown property owner and board member of the Small Property Owners of New York (SPONY), said Weaver’s comments ignore both history and the lived experiences of immigrant landlords.

“I think that the true socialist views toward housing and taking housing away from people like myself is the racist element in this,” Lee said. “I think when you start to lump all of us together and say that we’re all the bad thing that’s keeping people out of housing, that’s racist. We’re right out of the gate in this administration, starting off with extreme hostility for property owners.” (snip)

Ann Korchak, board president of SPONY, echoed Lee’s concerns and called the rhetoric divisive.

“I think that language like that is insulting,” Korchak said. “[Weaver] should come to a SPONY meeting, and she would be blown away by the diversity of our organization.”

But it’s more than that. Mamdani and Weaver are socialists. Private property ownership is anathema to their goal of “you will own nothing and be happy” and small, private landlords are a majority of owners of single-family homes for rent

Of the 14 million single-family rentals (attached and detached houses):

*80% (11.2 million houses) are owned by mom-and-pop landlords with 1-9 rentals
*14% (1.96 million houses) are owned by landlords with 10-99 units
*3% are owned by landlords with 100-999 units
*3% (around 400,000 houses) are owned by a handful of huge landlords with 1,000+ units each.nt.

… making small private landlords, like Jan Lee, the low-hanging fruit for people like Mamdani. And while he courts Trump over asking the Federal Government for $21 Billion for a huge development in Queens, he is leaving small landlords twisting in the wind.

Like kulaks.

Make no mistake, Mamdani wants to succeed in NYC on his terms. It starts with turning the city into an Islamic Socialist enclave where the Adhan has gone from Fridays and Ramadan to amplified calls five times daily starting around 5 am in the morning, coupled with his anti-Semitism and his recent snub of the city’s Catholics. Then working on “affordability” by raiding pensions and eliminating the kulaks.

Make note: Cea Weaver is still in office; therefore, any assurances Mamdani may give people like Jan Lee is just so much taqiyya.
