It’s not surprising that the “kiddie table” undercard debate tonight was dominated by talk of ISIS and terror attacks. What is surprising is that Lindsey Graham ended up owning the debate with his one liners.

But the one that had social media buzzing – for all the wrong reasons, of course – was Graham’s remark about ISIS.

He’s right, of course, but Twitter doesn’t care about that.
