Day after day, Hillary Clinton continues to fall back on her insistence that she didn’t send or receive anything “marked classified” on her home-brew server. And technically, based on the definition of what “is” is, that’s probably correct. Why? Because in at least one instance, she instructed an aide on how to remove the classified marking on sensitive information, and send it along to its recipient unsecured. Then just yesterday, we learned that “members of her inner circle” **cough Huma** were essentially pilfering super-classified information (aka SAP’s), by either retyping it, copying and pasting, or taking screen shots of the information, and sending it along in a fresh, new email, unsecured, to Queen Hillary. And based on the fact that she’s still running around the campaign trail, many of us have wondered if the rule of law still exists in this country. Well, if former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay is correct, an answer to that question is imminent:
Tom DeLay: FBI sources say they're '"ready to indict" Hillary Clinton https://t.co/yR3r9uwzwD
— Washington Examiner (@dcexaminer) January 26, 2016
“I have friends that are in the FBI and they tell me they’re ready to indict,” DeLay said Monday on “The Steve Malzberg Show.”
“They’re ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they’re going public.”
“One way or another either she’s going to be indicted and that process begins, or we try her in the public eye with her campaign. One way or another she’s going to have to face these charges.”
