This weekend has been hotter than Hell’s Half Acre and yet tens of thousands of people turned out to protest that “Families Belong Together”. The other 325.5 million of us stayed in our climate controlled homes with a cold beverage and laughed at the tens of thousands of nimrods. One of the nimrods was Senator Dick Durbin, the Senior Senator from the Land of Lincoln aka Illinois.
