An Atlanta-area teacher and coach has been arrested for allegedly allowing his middle school aged student to have sex in a storage unit in his classroom. Yes, you read that correctly. Twenty-five year old Quentin Wright, a math teacher at The Champion School in Stone Mountain, Georgia, was taken into custody on Tuesday after a parent complained that he allowed his child to have sex in the classroom.
Wright was charged with four misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. His arrest warrant says that he arranged times with students that the classroom would be empty, and he gave them condoms.
Let that sink in. He not only let them have sex in his classroom, he arranged times for them, and he gave them condoms. MIDDLE SCHOOL KIDS.
Of course, his mother, Joyce Wright, is defending his indefensible actions, and says he is innocent.
“He loved his students; he would never do anything to harm his students,” she told the TV station. “If you had asked any of the students how Mr. Wright has loved them, cared for them and been a good teacher, a good mentor, they would all say he was a great teacher.”
Well, sorry, Mom, his willingness to do “anything” for his students led him to allow them to have sex in his classroom, and that is unacceptable, and quite frankly, criminal.
The investigation began after a mother found text messages between Wright and her son. My blood runs cold thinking of that poor mother’s reactions to those messages. We send our children to school, trusting that the teachers and school officials will keep them safe. More and more frequently, though, we are seeing them becoming sexually involved at school when they are way too young to comprehend the implications of a sexual relationship.
This is what the Left has done to us, folks, with all of their sex education crap for years. I am 28 years old. This teacher is younger than me, so his sexual indoctrination was probably much worse than my own, but I remember being forced to sit through Sex Ed and health classes that bordered on indecent. What do we really expect from an institution that is having sexual-based discussions with students who are younger and more innocent that we ever were?
Children are not sexual beings. We need to stop having adult conversations with them about sex or “gender identity”. If we don’t, this will become a normal occurrence in schools. Innocence isn’t something the Left values or has any desire to protect. It is our responsibility to ensure our children are safe from this type of sexual, inappropriate relationship. Think about this when you go to cast your votes for any in leadership positions.
