A police chief in a small Texas town was gunned down yesterday by this dirtbag:

“The police chief in a small Texas town just southeast of San Antonio was fatally shot Saturday while conducting a traffic stop.

Bexar County Sheriff Susan Parmerleau told KABB-TV that Elmendorf Police Chief Michael Pimentel was shot after pulling over Joshua Lopez, 24, to serve an active misdemeanour warrant for graffiti. Parmerleau told The Associated Press that Lopez shot Pimentel several times. The chief was airlifted to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

“I tried talking to him when he was in the ambulance for a brief moment, but he wasn’t conscious,” Sgt. Jason Burchett told KABB. “Today is proof it doesn’t matter if you’re a small department, you think nothing can happen. Things certainly do.”

Lopez was taken into custody without incident, Parmerleau said, and will face a charge of capital murder for shooting a police officer.”

 Is Eric Holder sending a delegation to Michael Pimentel’s funeral?

Of course not.  Michael Pimentel was white, the dirtbag is Hispanic, and there are no persecuted blacks involved.

There’s no way Eric Holder, Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton can use this tragedy to fan the flames their hideous self-serving race war.

This is a crime that happened in a tiny town.  And it’s obvious by reading the news report, it’s pretty clear what happened during the altercation.  A dirtbag murdered a cop.  But I guarantee, somewhere, at some time, there will be an idiot who will say this dirtbag was racially profiled and Michael Pimentel was a racist cop who got what he deserved.  Why do people think this way?

Because these twittering idiots are emboldened by an administration and frenzied media that thinks opening our borders to terrorists and violent thugs is a winning, compassionate liberal/Democratic strategy.  They are emboldened by a liberal mindset that excuses very bad behavior with the twisted logic that if conservatives weren’t so mean, racist, and obsessed with the 2nd amendment everyone could coexist.  They are emboldened by the Attorney General of the United States who is such a racist himself, he refuses to look at the facts in a criminal case and instead focuses on the race of everybody involved.

I send my prayers to the Pimentel family and a grateful thank you to all law enforcement officers who have to deal with an increasingly dangerous and emboldened populace of heinous animals.  Then get blamed for being racist.
