Most things in life are a matter of the “right” timing. That seems to be the critical point in the psychodrama of First Lieutenant Patrick Kyser. Kyser posted “contemptuous” words against President Donald Trump on social media. As a commissioned officer in the U.S. Armed Services, this is a violation of Article 88 of the Uniformed Code of Military Justice. If his separation from the Army was complete in terms of day and time, he is good. If his separation is not complete, he could have a stay in Stony Lonesome at Fort Leavenworth in his future.
