Continuing Resolution Fails Fifth Vote

A fifth vote to reopen the government went down last night as it failed to reach the sixty votes necessary to pass the Continuing Resolution. It was the same tired old song and dance. Next week, federal employees and military members will miss paychecks while the House and Senate will continue to be paid.
