What do you do if you really want to punch a Nazi, and there are no Nazis to punch?
That’s the dilemma that San Francisco progressives faced on Saturday, when the “Nazis” they wanted to fight didn’t materialize.
On Friday I told you how a non-political, diverse group called ‘Patriot Prayer’ planned to rally “for love and prayer.” Never mind the good intentions, however. They wouldn’t be welcome in San Fran. All hell would break loose if they showed up, according to people like Nancy Pelosi.
Consequently, the organizer, Joey Gibson, thought better of the whole rally idea. He cancelled because of fears of pending violence. Seems to me that he’s definitely not an alt-right Nazi-type spoiling for a fight, a là Charlottesville.

Other members of Patriot Prayer spoke out as well. One Latino member told reporters how they were not racists:
