Iran Uses Sailors’ Capture to Continue U.S. Humiliation (Video)

On January 16, 2016, U.S. President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry (who served in the Navy during the Vietnam War), along with Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani and International Weapons Inspectors declared and celebrated the fact that Iran was in compliance with the restrictions placed on her nuclear program, as reported by CNN. The “Deal” that Kerry and others negotiated allowed sanctions to be lifted and Iran received an initial payment of $11.9 billion, according to the Free Beacon.

Since then, Iran has returned hostages held without real provocation, again as reported by CNN. But, what else has Iran done to show good faith with the United States?

Iran detained and quickly released U.S. sailors:

If the sailor thanking Iran for her hospitality was understandable, if cringe inducing, John Kerry hailing this as some diplomatic tour de force was despicable. But, did Iran stop there? Nah, baby.

On February 1, 2016, Military.com reported that Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei awarded medals to five members of the Iranian Navy who participated in the detainment of the U.S. sailors.

Did the humiliation stop there? Oh. Hale. No.
