What on Earth must he think? I speak of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Modi visited the White House last week, had a press conference with Joe Biden, spoke at a Joint Session of Congress and then attended a State Dinner with Hunter Biden, right. But the moment that must have had Modi’s head spinning round and round came at a U.S./India Technology Round Table when old Joe proclaimed that he had been selling “state secrets”. It was a joke, folks. Given the Biden family predilections, it was particularly unfortunate, especially in front of another world leader.
