It’s not his fault. Don’t blame Joe. During a visit Thursday to the National Institutes of Health, Joe Biden made the claim that President Donald Trump failed in the Coronavirus Vaccination department by not having enough vaccinations made or a plan for distribution. Poor Joe, he waited 47 years to get the job and is still not up to it in any way, shape or form.
