The acting U.S. Attorney for New Jersey, the radiant and smart Alina Habba, has announced that Congresswoman LaMonica McIver will be charged with assaulting, impeding and interfering with law enforcement after the violent riot outside of the Delaney Hall Detention Facility. It appears the other miscreants seen in the video will not be charged.
