I’m taking a cue from John’s playbook, and doing a Q&A weekend. You have this entire weekend to submit your questions to me, which I will then answer Monday. You can ask anything you want, and I will do my very best to answer as many questions as I can. You can ask my opinion on politics, feminism, pop culture, current events, my personal life, anything. Do or don’t: can I wear my chucks with a skirt and tights on my date Thursday (the chucks are black, like the tights)? It’s our third date and will be pretty casual, and he’s a little short, so I don’t want to tower over him. You’d be breaking a tie. My bestie says OK, my mom says ridiculous.

My question is: If you had a choice of government programs to run, which one would it be and how would you do so?
Orin says: As a follow-up to Lily’s question, after you got interested in politics , when did you realize that you were a conservative? Did it happen gradually or did you “see the light” all at once? Who are your favorite conservative American role models of the past 50 years?

What deficiencies do you see with Sarah Palin and (if any) what can she do to correct them?
