A great clip, especially considering that Matt Lauer comes across as a whiny little squish. Meanwhile, Ann Coulter takes every single question Matt throws at her, and nails it out of the park, as Matt seems to get more and more flustered. My favorite part comes towards the end, when she absolutely schools Matt on the bias in the mainstream media, leaving Matt absolutely speechless.

Read a book that’s actually been banned like “America Deceived”, not a corporate-approved Coulter ‘novel’. Don’t waste your hard-earned money on Coulter.

They attack her tone and her style, and all kind of periphery issues, but you’ll note they never argue with her about the facts she presents. Why call him B. Hussein? That answer is obvious to anyone that knows Ann Coulter. The closest he comes to arguing facts he put’s it in the context of her words being inflamitory…, not that what she said was wrong, just didn’t like how she said it. Liberals have always been good at attacking ‘you’ and not the issue you represent.

Is it just me, or did Lauer act like a baby during this “interview”? (He either whined petulantly or tried to trap her in ploys a savvy fifth-grader could see through.)

Rick says: Watching her speak it is obvious she is a miserable person in life. Basically she is a political racist. She wouldn’t comment on any political subject unless she knows which side it is on. Like Rush Limbaugh. If a statement or idea comes from a democrat, it will destroy America. If the exact same statement comes from George W, it is a blessing. How about a little fairness Ann? But then you wouldn’t make money writing books and preaching on your high horse. Good luck with your money but I won’t be buying that crap.

I think she spent most of her time complaining about things Matt didn’t say, plugging the Drudge report (Matt Drudge: using crappy typography doesn’t make you credible), or pretending not to understand why using Obama’s middle name in this context is inflammatory. Did she write a book or something?
My impression was that Matt just didn’t take her seriously at all. He asked the questions he was paid to ask. Let her do her shtick and get her out of the studio. She’s really annoying.
I dated a girl like this once. She was really defensive, insecure, and tried way too hard to make people like her. Ironically, this made her way too annoying to me and all of my friends, and she got the boot.
