Hello all!

As you can see, I have moved!  I decided a while back that I wanted to get off of Blogger, and was wavering between Word Press and Movable Type.  I decided to go with Word Press, went ahead and bought the domain name and got set up on Hosting Matters, and now, here we are!

Of course, I am leaving out the most important part: the person who made all of this possible!  I am generally pretty good with computers, but setting this up was way over my head.  So, one of my readers came to my rescue!  His name is Daniel Summers, of DJS Consulting, and he (obviously) did an amazing job.  The first thing he did was set up a test site for me on Word Press, so I could play around with it a little and get comfortable before taking the big leap.  He helped me get set up with my domain name, and then we chose a theme.  He customized it, and created plug-ins to keep the same feel from my old site.  One of the nicest things was that he was totally helpful, not pushy, and let me make my own decisions on everything.  He made sure to give me plenty of options, explained everything to me, and made sure I understood (which must’ve been frustrating, as I knew NOTHING about what he was doing!).  He’s going to be helping me out in the future as well if I need any help with tweaking the site or Word Press upgrades.  If anyone needs any help with this kind of stuff, please be sure to contact Daniel.  He was extremely helpful and patient, and not to mention fast. I recommend him very highly; it was a pleasure working with him. God knows how long this process would’ve taken if I hadn’t had him to help me out!!
