AOC In Therapy, Claims 1/6 Was Akin To War Service

The nation’s most emotionally fragile Congresscritter Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez or AOC gave an interview to Latino USA host Maria Hinojosa. In the interview, she likened the January 6 Capitol breach to service in a war and revealed she is in therapy. Call the wambulance.

AOC has proven to be emotionally fragile and uses that fragility as a politically manipulative tactic. Who could ever forget her fake crying in an empty parking lot when she was trying to drag President Donald Trump for putting kids in cages at the border? Sandy Ocasio-Cortez sobbed during the Congressional testimony of a migrant mother whose 19 month old daughter died of a lung infection weeks after the child’s release from the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.). The video is here.

Miss Ocasio-Cortez has certainly used the January 6, 2020 Capitol breach to her political advantage. She wasn’t actually in the Capitol building at the time of the riot, she was in her office blocks away. But, she encountered a law enforcement officer and was traumatized:

The congresswoman said that a little after 1 p.m., she heard banging on her door, “like someone was trying to break the door down.” Fearing it was a rioter, she hid in her bathroom. She said she heard repeated yells of “where is she?” Through the door hinge, “I see this White man in a black beanie,” she said.

“I have never been quieter in my entire life,” she continued. “All of a sudden I hear my staffer G yell out ‘Hey, it’s OK, come out.’ When I come out this man is a Capitol Police officer.”

She said she was suspicious because the man had no partner and he was not shouting “Capitol police” as he searched her office.

“He was looking at me with a tremendous amount of anger and hostility. Things weren’t adding up,” Ocasio-Cortez continued. She said her staffer had also not known if the officer was there to “help us or hurt us.”

“That is how aggressive the situation was in that moment,” she said. “We couldn’t tell if this was a good situation or bad situation.”

When AOC caught some flack for her “trauma”, she revealed that this day was especially hard for her because she is a sexual assault survivor. This emotionally fragile but manipulative woman can’t just say, my feelings are my feelings, she has to up the manipulation ante.

Now, the House and Senate are trying to get “Yes” votes on a commission to look into the January 6 riot. So, Miss Sandy Cortez is back with her emotional manipulation. In the interview with Maria Hinojosa, AOC revealed that she is in therapy because of the trauma of January 6. From Business Insider:

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez revealed Friday she’s attending therapy after the “extraordinarily traumatizing” January 6 Capitol insurrection.

The New York Congresswoman told the public radio show Latino USA that she’s learning how to “slow down” after the attack, which resulted in the deaths of five people including a police officer.

“After the 6th, I took some time and it was really [Rep.] Ayanna Pressley when I explained to her what happened to me, like the day of, because I ran to her office and she was like, ‘you need to recognize trauma’,” Ocasio-Cortez said, according to The Independent.

In her interview with Latino USA, Ocasio-Cortez said that the insurrection was deeply traumatizing for many members of Congress, who effectively “served in war.” She said the event also “impacted the actual legislative process” in Congress, according to NBC News.

“Served in war”? Michael Waltz, Representative from Florida and a full-bird Colonel and Green Beret, war shamed AOC:

Or, maybe she could talk to these three men about war experience:

Maria Hinojosa talked with MSNBC’s Ali Velshi, who is a melanin-enhanced version of potato Brian Stelter, about poor Sandy Cortez:

Net-net, Trump traumatized all Latinos and Latinas and Asian-Americans,too.

As always with AOC, it’s all about her. She does need therapy. She could talk to the therapist about her emotionally manipulative behavior. She could call the wambulance.

By the way, we might just need a January 6 Commission. Who killed Ashli Babbitt? What was Nancy Pelosi’s role in the way Capitol police responded? I hope that I have traumatized AOC again.
