Trump Stumps For Claudia Tenney in Utica. Will It Help?

President Donald Trump was in Utica, New York this afternoon, once again testing his coattails. Trump was at the Hotel Utica to stump for New York’s 22nd District Representative Claudia Tenney.

Who is Claudia Tenney and why should we care?

First of all, she is a Republican woman, so there is that. Secondly, she is co-owner of a commercial printing company. Check this out from her campaign biography at “Claudia for Congress”:

Claudia is an attorney, businesswoman and advocate for the 22nd District. She graduated from Colgate University and the Taft College of Law at the University of Cincinnati. She is the co-owner of Mid-York Press, Inc., a commercial printing and manufacturing firm started by her maternal grandfather in 1946 in Hamilton, Madison County. Mid-York Press now currently employs nearly 80 people in the Chenango County community of Sherburne.

Miss Tenney was in the New York State Assembly before being elected to Congress in 2016. In, Congress, she serves on the House Financial Services Committee.

Most importantly, Miss Tenney’s son is a Naval Academy graduate and Captain in the United States Marines. President Trump gave him a surprise call before he deployed to Iraq last year. Again, this quote is from her campaign website:

New York GOP freshman Rep. Claudia Tenney’s son received a phone call from President Donald Trump before he deployed to Iraq on Saturday.

Before Marine Corps 1st Lt. Trey Cleary left for a six-month deployment, he was surprised to hear Trump’s voice on the other end of a Friday phone call, Syracuse.com reported.

Tenney had been talking to Georgia Republican Sen. David Perdue while waiting for a bill signing ceremony at the Treasury Department. She mentioned her son’s upcoming assignment and Perdue suggested she say something to the president.

Perdue told Trump instead, due to Tenney’s reluctance, according to Syracuse.com.

Trump signed a piece of Tenney’s stationary for her son but then suggested that they call him too.

“This is President Trump,” he said. “I’m sitting here with your mother. Thank you for what you do for your country. I’m so proud of you. I want you to do your best. We’re all counting on you.”

The congresswoman recalled to Syracuse.com: “They had quite a long conversation for a couple of minutes. I said, ‘What’s going on?’ (Trump) laughed a little bit. They must have been joking or something. He handed me the phone back and my son said, ‘Oh my God.’”

Miss Tenney has skin in the game both as a business owner and military mom.

And, so President Trump spoke at her fundraiser today:

By the way, Claudia Tenney’s opponent is Democrat Anthony Brindisi. He has out fundraised Tenney and that’s not surprising given the area. This quote is from Brindisi’s campaign website and, although he claims to be non-partisan, this quote gives you an idea of just who he is:

I will fight back against irresponsible and mean health care policies that would kick millions of people off their healthcare, and hurt families, women, seniors and individuals with disabilities. We need to fix our health care system, not tear it apart.

He may know the law, but he knows nothing about business or what the word “insurance” means.

To know more about Miss Tenney, we looked for information about her work ethic. A letter to the editor of “Press Connects” by a constituent, Mr. James Sacco, speaks volumes:

A woman of letters who achieved a high level of success in law and business before entering politics, she is yet humble and God-fearing as she guards and facilitates the American Dream. A job-like recipient of acerbic intrigue and reckless resentment from political opponents for years, she yet conducts her affairs in a spirit of mercy, charity, honor and dignity. Moreover, she is fiercely patriotic, of uncommonly high moral character and is possessed of an indefatigable work ethic. Indeed, she has a spirit intrepid, a mind insatiable and a faith unconquered.

Wow, impressive. Claudia Tenney sounds like she is a real Victory Girl type.

Every Republican Representative is a move forward for our Country. With Claudia Tenney, it seems like we get a true Conservative and not a RINO or a tool. Let’s hope President Trump brought in some big bucks in Utica today at the Fundraiser and that Representative Claudia Tenney stays in the House of Representatives.

Well, first, the printing company was founded by her GrandFATHER… so she’s just a tool of the patriarchy, and her son is a Naval Academy Grad, and a MARINE??? she MUST be part of the Military-Industrial complex….. or at least that’s the kind of drivel you can expect from the leftist fools that will line up against her… so much for “a special place in hell for women that don’t support other women”
