Trump Haters Rip on His Bad Hair Day. Because Their Bleep Don’t Stink or Something. [VIDEO]

In case you missed it, there’s a short video making the rounds that’s all about President Trump’s hair. Or, what’s left of it.

It’s not a pretty sight.

Naturally there was a lot of snickering and Schadenfreude from the elite media.  Jimmy Kimmel had fun with Trump’s Bad Hair Day. The fashion mags really had a field day, too, with Vanity Fair comparing the hair to “the Behind of an Ostrich.” Then Vogue added to the kerfuffle, calling it Trump’s “Kryptonite.”

Ho hum, let me show you my shocked face.

So I guess none of those folks are vain, or obsessed with their appearance.

Or maybe their bleep don’t stink.

However, what was really disappointing to me was the response of a prominent conservative blogger. Over at Red State, #NeverTrump blogger Patterico created his own hair-raising hype, writing that he planned to enjoy the outrage of the “Trumpalos,” as he called them.

I enjoy making the most extreme Trumpalos cry and wail and gnash their teeth. Your overdone outrage makes me smile. Your tears of anger taste delicious to me.

So go ahead. Commence your tut-tutting and squealing. Just know this: your odds of causing me to feel Deep Shame are precisely zero.

Yeah, during the primary season I was pretty much where Patterico was, too, because I also despised Donald Trump. I would’ve been happier to vote for any other Republican in the running, even if it wasn’t my candidate.

However, I’ve adapted to the notion of him being President. At this point I’m happy when he lowers taxes, or stands up for the unborn. I also appreciate the support he gives the military, and the fact that he seems to embrace American exceptionalism, unlike the previous president. Plus, Melania is a wonderful representative of the U.S. on the foreign stage.

Yet, the President still does stuff that gives me heartburn. For example — that Twitter feed, and his off-the-cuff comments. But this is who we’ve got in the White House. And he sure as hell isn’t Hillary Clinton. Thank God.

However, this leads me to ask: what in the world does the #NeverTrump crowd expect at this point? Do they think he’ll voluntarily leave office? Do they think that other Republicans will be eager to sign on to their #NeverTrump playbook? What do they want?

Or do they think their bleep don’t stink, either?

Maybe they should just look forward to what this administration can accomplish, since, after all, the die is cast now. As for me, I’m optimistic, and I’m willing to give the President some Atta Boys when he deserves them, and criticisms when I think he messes up.

Too bad there are some on our side who still like to ridicule him for the most petty things, like his hair. But then again, maybe they’re the lucky few whose bleep don’t stink.

    Chuckle !!
Remember when BHO cried because people noticed his dumbo sized ears??

I’d bet President Trump doesn’t care what people like Patterico say about the hair. He probably cares less than I do. Anthony Hopkins as Charles Morse said it best in his film “The Edge”, “Never feel sorry for a man who owns his own plane”.

Generally speaking, a man that spends time dying his hair and taking propecia (a hair growth drug) cares about his hair. I would venture to guess, “cares a lot” about his hair. Trump or not Trump.

    So which is more embarrassing?
    – President Trump’s comb-over flying in the breeze as he boards Marine One to head to the American Heartland?
    or
    – President Obama with perfect hair sending pallets of cash to the mullahs in Iran to help support Quds attacks on American troops?
    Me: Well, duh!
Patterico: Let me think about that.

I hope I have that much hair at 71.

I fully accept that DJT is POTUS. I like a lot of what he is doing, not a fan of everything. Wish he weren’t so vulgar, but frankly he’s not really different from Bill Clinton in that regard and he was an effective leader. When I saw this footage it immediately reminded me of Darth Vader from Empire Strikes Back (for purely aesthetic reasons…I don’t think Trump is evil or represents an oppressive Empire). That scene in Empire is meant to humanize Vader anyway. But what really impressed me, and I had to watch several times I was so amazed is the amount of coverage he gets out of his hair flaps! It’s remarkable…Make Combovers Great Again, this guy can solve any problem. As for Jimmy Kimmel…I swear he wears a toupee or had plugs so I don’t think his hair is much better.

Patterico is a “prominent conservative blogger”?

Nope, not any more, now he’s a formerly prominent and formerly conservative blogger.

  • GWB says:

Well, if this is what we have to complain about, then I’m not going to worry. Our country must be in good hands!
I’d much rather have a stinky, short, fat, bald non-telegenic president who actually does the right thing than an idiot/totalitarian with movie star looks.

    • Scott says:

I agree GWB, though as Matthew pointed out above, you can only say BHO had movie star looks if you consider Dumbo a movie star.. (or in Michelles case, KIng Kong….)

  • Darleen Click says:

Patrick Frey is a weasel. I learned that years ago, so “prominent conservative blogger?” The adjectives don’t count.

What is the difference between #NeverTrumper and #Resistsnce

“The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.”

After all Patterico has been through, you think he would be a bit more supportive of what the Democrats are doing to Trump.
