ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) arrested and deported the last Nazi war criminal living in the United States. They arrested ninety-five year old, Ukranian born Jakiw Palij at his Queens, New York apartment. Germany issued a special dispensation to accept the war criminal.

What crimes did Palij commit? “ABC News” issued this report:

He’d been accused of working at the Treblinka death camp — including on an infamous day in November 1943 in which 6,000 prisoners were killed, according to the Justice Department’s Office of Legislative Affairs. The U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum writes that SS police unit shot all 6,000 prisoners. An attachment of Jewish laborers was brought in to burn and bury the corpses. “After completing this dreadful work, the Jewish laborers were shot and their bodies burned,” the website reads.

How did Palij get approved to immigrate to the United States? He lied. He said he was in his hometown and worked in a warehouse. And, here is how “Time.com” reported this story:

The deportation of the 95-year-old former concentration camp guard, Jakiw Palij, came 25 years after investigators first confronted him about his World War II past and he admitted lying to get into the U.S., claiming he spent the war as a farmer and factory worker.

Palij lived quietly in the U.S. for years, as a draftsman and then as a retiree, until nearly three decades ago when investigators found his name on an old Nazi roster and a fellow former guard spilled the secret that he was “living somewhere in America.”

Palij told Justice Department investigators who showed up at his door in 1993: “I would never have received my visa if I told the truth. Everyone lied.”

A judge stripped Palij’s citizenship in 2003 for “participation in acts against Jewish civilians” while an armed guard at the Trawniki camp in Nazi-occupied Poland and was ordered deported a year later.

So, what took so long to deport him? No country would take him. Enter President Donald J. Trump and Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell. They began “The Art of the Deal”.

According to Grenell on “Fox and Friends” this morning, Germany had no legal responsibility to accept Palij. Germany did, however, have a moral responsibility to accept Palij. There is no statue of limitations on the horrors of the Nazi War Crimes. Watch as Ambassador Grenell explains. It’s so good:

Doesn’t that just make your heart sing. We are so blessed to have people like Richard Grenell who will represent Our Nation. Justice delayed may be justice denied, but the murdered at Treblinka Concentration Camp have their justice at last.

“ABC News” further reported:

ABC News was there when Palij was removed by wheelchair from his home on Monday, but he did not answer any questions. Looking frail with missing front teeth visible through his white beard, the only noise he made was a pained howl as agents hoisted him from his wheelchair onto the ambulance stretcher.

A “pained howl” after living in the United States of America for nearly seventy years may not be much. We must take what we can get and be happy with it.

You might think that there would be general happiness about this. You would be very wrong. So, this Nazi war criminal lives in the Congressional District of (irony alert) Socialist Candidate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Yep, the bloody freaking genius who wants to abolish ICE.

The epic Katie Pavlich tweets about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and ICE and who shows up but those poor moron afflicted with Trump Derangement Syndrome. Here are just a few answers Pavlich’s tweet.

Donald Trump, Richard Grenell and the Merkel Administration work together for a victory for the Holocaust victims and the Twits of Twitter think Trump is still a Nazi, kids are in cages and ICE is a group of jackbooted thugs. Twits.

The good guys always win in the end and the Trump Administration is the good guys.

It’s not just the 15 years between stripping his citizenship and his deportation. It’s also the TEN YEARS between the agents showing up and a judge finally giving him the boot.

the murdered at Treblinka Concentration Camp have their justice at last
Not really. They won’t have true justice until the final trumpet sounds. There’s just nothing we can do that would be enough.

As to where to deport him? Wherever he was from when he lied on his visa application. Second choice – tell him he’s going to Argentina, then mess up your geography and accidentally dump him in the jungle of Venezuela. Let the socialists take care of the fascist.

Meanwhile the assorted Communists and other socialist-like creatures continue to live pretty good lives in our businesses and universities, still spewing their crap.

But boy! One elderly Nazi is a real cause for celebration!
