Hillary Unconcerned About Emails, But Staff Could Be In Trouble

The queen is not to be bothered by the peasants’ clamoring for such petty trifles like “the rule of law.” If Hillary Clinton says she didn’t send or receive classified information on her home server, then she MEANS it.

During her interview with Chuck Todd yesterday on Meet the Press, she commented that she was “not concerned” with that pesky FBI investigation into her emails.

In an interview Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” with Chuck Todd, Clinton claimed, “I’m not concerned because I know what the facts are. I never sent or received any material marked classified.”

She then echoed what her campaign manager has been saying all this last week, that the GOP is colluding with the FBI and the IG’s office in order to make her look bad.

I can’t control what the Republicans are doing. But I know what the facts are and I will just keep putting them out there. This is something that I think is very clear about what happened and I know it will be over and resolved at some point but I can’t control what the Republicans and their allies do, but I think it’s important for voters to know what are they doing.

Those supposed “allies” that she’s referring to? That would be the Obama administration’s Justice Department and the administration-appointed Inspector General? My God, how deep does this vast right-wing conspiracy go???

The claim that Hillary “never sent or received” classified material has been pretty well smashed to pieces, and even the left knows it. They just can’t come to grips with it.

Watching that clip, I had to shake my head. First, I had no idea John McLaughlin was still alive, much less still on PBS. Second, if Clarence Page believes that there’s enough evidence to recommend prosecution, that is pretty bad for Hillary.

But, there might just be an explanation for why Hillary can keep insisting that SHE never sent or received classified intelligence (other than questions surrounding her health after her concussion in 2012 that was supposedly caused by a blood clot in her head) – it might not have been Hillary’s doing. In an effort to cater to Queen Grandma, Hillary’s top aides may have been actually “cutting and pasting” intelligence into emails FOR her.

Wow indeed.

Clinton and her top aides had access to a Pentagon-run classified network that goes up to the Secret level, as well as a separate system used for Top Secret communications.

The two systems — the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) — are not connected to the unclassified system, known as the Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet). You cannot e-mail from one system to the other, though you can use NIPRNet to send e-mails outside the government.

Somehow, highly classified information from SIPRNet, as well as even the super-secure JWICS, jumped from those closed systems to the open system and turned up in at least 1,340 of Clinton’s home e-mails — including several the CIA earlier this month flagged as containing ultra-secret Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Programs, a subset of SCI.

This. Is. Bad.

“It takes a very conscious effort to move a classified e-mail or cable from the classified systems over to the unsecured open system and then send it to Hillary Clinton’s personal e-mail account,” said Raymond Fournier, a veteran Diplomatic Security Service special agent. “That’s no less than a two-conscious-step process.”

He says it’s clear from some of the classified e-mails made public that someone on Clinton’s staff essentially “cut and pasted” content from classified cables into the messages sent to her. The classified markings are gone, but the content is classified at the highest levels — and so sensitive in nature that “it would have been obvious to Clinton.” Most likely the information was, in turn, e-mailed to her via NIPRNet.

To work around the closed, classified systems, which are accessible only by secure desktop workstations whose hard drives must be removed and stored overnight in a safe, Clinton’s staff would have simply retyped classified information from the systems into the non-classified system or taken a screen shot of the classified document, Fournier said. “Either way, it’s totally illegal.”

Cheryl, Huma, Jake – you’d all better have your lawyers on speed dial. If you think that her Hillaryness is going to give up her presidential ambitions to save your sorry rear ends from jail, you are wrong. It doesn’t matter how loyal you think you’ve been. If you are between her and the seat of power that she has been waiting to occupy ever since Bill left it, you are toast. She will make you all the fall guys and leave you hanging out to dry faster than you can say “Madam President.”

    The Hildebeast is correct.
She never sent nor received any email marked “CLASSIFIED” since that is not a marking for classified documents.
However she did send and receive CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET and TOP SECRET material on unsecured networks.
Hopefully Bill Clinton level semantics aren’t going to save her ass this time.
