Go Ahead, Get Your Riot On….

I have to say I am not surprised by the Zimmerman verdict.  It is a victory for self defense rights advocates and those that believe that when you are attacked, you are allowed to defend yourself.  And let me say that I heard much in this court case from the media about “profiling” and how Mr. Zimmerman “profiled” Trayon Martin.

Newsflash For Those With No Clue:  Regular citizens are allowed to go through their everyday business “profiling” any damn way they please.  They are allowed to not stand next to a black man on the subway because they think they will be robbed, not hang out with a white guy who has a pickup truck because they hate people from rural areas, not talk to the Hispanic woman in the grocery store because they hate illegal aliens, and last time I looked, you were allowed to think whatever you wanted about those people as well.

Much of the race industry and the race pimps like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson were focused on this like a laser, which should tell you all you need to know about this case, even if you just landed on the planet. But Larry Elder put it best; tell Al Sharpton his race card is maxed out…  Indeed.

I am hearing much in the media (from the NAACP for instance) about how the DOJ should bring a federal case against Mr. Zimmerman.  Well, they could I guess, if they had one.  For those that don’t know, you can’t bring a charge of “civil rights” violations against Zimmerman because he had no “duty” under the “color of Law” to do anything for him (i.e. as a police officer, corrections officer, public servant etc.).  This is how the Rodney King case went the way it did, and that was completely legal; but the race pimps don’t get it; you can’t try Zimmerman for exercising his own civil right to life when he believed it would be taken from him.

And for those that don’t already know, this whole thing is Trayvon Martin’s fault, and everyone seems to be focused on how Zimmerman acted that night, not the least bit concerned about Trayvon’s conflict resolution skills.  The part that focuses on Zimmerman also shows just exactly how many sheep we have in this country that are expecting the sheep dog to materialize out of thin air and protect them from the wolf.

Trayvon had choices that night.  He could have told Precious on the phone “Hey, I got this creepy-ass cracker following me, I will call you back.” and then confronted George Zimmerman with something like “Hey, why you following me?  I am staying here with my Dad, who lives here.  Oh, the cops are coming?  OK, when they get here I will explain it to them too how I am staying over at my dad’s house and minding my own business.  Tell them to come to this address.”

But nope, he decided to act like a thug.  He decided to attack someone who cared about his community because of the level of crime taking place in it.  He decided the way to deal with this situation in the way he thought it ought to be handled; and for his troubles, he got himself killed because he didn’t wisely choose his victim.

I know what happened that night, and I don’t need explanations from Precious doing the “battle of the dialects” with Piers Morgan to know what “cracka” and “Nigga” mean.  I am tired of hearing from the millionaire athlete/actor class on Twitter about how it is “open season” on black males.  Maybe the black community in general is not aware of this, but I am sure there are enough creepy-ass crackas with guns and an attitude all over the country that if they all got together and formed something like a Clan, they could make that a reality.

So STFU and catch the damn ball and study your lines

The conversation we need to be having in the country isn’t about what words mean to different people.  The conversation we need to be having involves how the liberal/progressive thinker views the negro community, has convinced them that everything is “racist” in this country and that community’s racist views toward whites.

It is not 1956.  The whole country is not Mississippi Burning.  The March to Selma is not the same thing as your riot in Oakland.  The black president currently in office didn’t get the because every black person in America voted for him.  The conversation we need to be having is about how come 50 percent of the crime in this country is being committed by black men, and especially how the overwhelming number of the victims are black.  We can’t have discussion on race in this country unless we start to talk about illegitimate children and black fatherhood and it ought to be men with character like Allen West, Larry Elder, Walter Williams, and hundreds of others like him that take their calling as a father seriously.  If I had my way, that conversation ought to go a little something Like This.

So go ahead; get your riot on over the injustice of it all that some dude you didn’t even know shot some other dude who happened to be the same color as you.  It just confirms in the minds of millions what they already think, and does you no earthly good.

And black community, NAACP, Rainbow Coalition, and Race hustlers I have no white guilt left.  That well went dry when OJ Simpson went free.  Here are this cracka’s terms:  if you stop profiling me in every statement, press release and utterance as a racist, Aryan, White Supremacist, cross burning, KKK member because I am white, I will stop profiling you as a lazy welfare douchebag, gang banger, rapper, and all around thug who wants to rape me and rob me of my life because you are black.

But where I come from; we have a saying–“If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it ain’t an f’ing bear.

Very nicely written and I hope you don’t mind if I swipe it and put it up on my page cause others need to see it. If you do, mind, its to late, its stolen. heh heh@!

Well, as long as we’re calling them, let’s call it for what it is: a public lynching. Holder with his remarks, DOJ with their public email addresses so evidence can be collected that this is a civil rights case after all, pick whatever politician, whatever supposed civil rights leader, whatever Hollywood celeb, whatever sports player, whatever former Sec of State, whatever newscaster, whatever so-called president, and all the mobs on the streets are participating in nothing more than a public lynching of George Zimmerman.

So, I case this is what was meant by equal rights all along, the right to have their own lynch mobs!

The implication that Trayvon Martin’s death was a result of his lack of conflict resolution skills is so utterly absurd, that it forces one to assume this post was a work of satire. Whether it was racially charged or not, a young man is dead at the hands of a man who ignored police instruction. To frame an innocent, young man’s death is any light but that of a horrible tragedy is heinous.

And to imply that racism is no longer a valid topic of discussion just shows how ignorant you must be. My advice to you would be to seek an education. This is a sad example of hateful rhetoric being spewed by someone who just doesn’t know any better. And please don’t pin this on my “playing the race card,” because I am also a privileged white member of society, just like you. I wouldn’t want to give you an excuse to make my opinion invalid, as you seem to do with anyone who feels victimized by racial inequality.

“So STFU and catch the damn ball and study your lines”

Also, stop mixing metaphors. If you’re going to play journalist, at least have the decency to stick to basic writing rules.

Well Hmm, how would you characterize the situation? Trayvon had two choices: explain his presence in the neighborhood or attack the guy questioning him. If you are walking around your neighborhood and someone asks you what your business is, do you tell the to piss off? Or do you just politely explain you live in the neighborhood? Or do you let your fists do the talking?

The dispatcher isn’t a cop. She can’t tell you to do shit. I admire the fact that he cared enough to see that someone wasn’t walking around the neighborhood looking for someone to rob or rape. Trayvon is dead because when asked by someone who lives there, he chose to attack them. Instead of using his voice and telling the truth, he decided to be a thug.

Racism is a valid topic of discussion, as in “how come black people are so racist.” Because the current president is in office because a whole mess of white folks voted for him. Twice.

So go back to your triple gated community and continue congratulating yourself on how open minded and progressive you are.

“To frame an innocent, young man’s death…”

Oh, so you were there? You witnessed what happened? Great. Because I was under the erroneous belief that there were no witnesses. I assume you have given your statement exonerating Mr. Martin of any responsibility whatsoever to police?

    • Kit says:

The implication that Trayvon was innocent at all, in any context, is so utterly absurd that it forces one to assume you’re bereft of anything resembling reason and logic.

And for the record, I live in one of the most culturally diverse cities in the country, and trust me when I tell you that if racism IS a problem, it isn’t because of whites, I can assure you. Also, “privileged” and “white” are not synonyms last time I checked.

As for your opinions being invalid, they’re not. They’re your opinions, and as such they’re worth the same as anyone else’s opinions. Thankfully, however, in this case we don’t need to rely on opinions because we have facts. We have forensic evidence. We have evidence that the media willfully lied about how it went down–which apparently you never got the memo on. We have evidence that shows Trayvon possessed and/or sold an illegal weapon, frequently used drugs, was ON drugs at the time of the incident, and was in fact carrying the components to make yet another drug.

Trayvon was a street thug, and if anything Zimmerman did the people of Florida a favor by ensuring that they wouldn’t have to pay to feed, clothe, and house Trayvon during the prison sentence he was certainly headed for. The color of his skin didn’t matter. His conduct did. He attacked the wrong guy. End of story.

“a young man is dead at the hands of a man who ignored police instruction”

Wrong. 1) he did not ignore the instruction, he was already out of his car when he rcvd it, and when told “we don’t need you to do that” he stopped, and 2) it was NOT police instruction, it was the dispatcher. Said dispatcher testified under oath that their advice does not carry any weight, deliberatelty so as part of their insurance.

You’ve swallowed so much media bs on this that you can’t even get the basic facts of the case right.
