With all the DC scandals these days, Crazy Uncle Joe has been keeping a pretty low profile, right? Some have suggested he’s using an “undisclosed location” while riding out the political storm. But apparently he’s only been out of the country in Trinidad and Tobago and now Brazil. But even though he’s been pretty quiet on these trips of his, he can’t go very long without sticking his foot in his mouth. Check out Biden’s comments during a press conference with the President of Brazil on Friday afternoon.

So you don’t want to come home, Joe? Okay. 🙂
