Day after day, Hillary Clinton continues to fall back on her insistence that she didn’t send or receive anything “marked classified” on her home-brew server. And technically, based on the definition of what “is” is, that’s probably correct. Why? Because in at least one instance, she instructed an aide on how to remove the classified marking on sensitive information, and send it along to its recipient unsecured. Then just yesterday, we learned that “members of her inner circle” **cough Huma** were essentially pilfering super-classified information (aka SAP’s), by either retyping it, copying and pasting, or taking screen shots of the information, and sending it along in a fresh, new email, unsecured, to Queen Hillary. And based on the fact that she’s still running around the campaign trail, many of us have wondered if the rule of law still exists in this country. Well, if former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay is correct, an answer to that question is imminent:

“I have friends that are in the FBI and they tell me they’re ready to indict,” DeLay said Monday on “The Steve Malzberg Show.”

“They’re ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they’re going public.”

“One way or another either she’s going to be indicted and that process begins, or we try her in the public eye with her campaign. One way or another she’s going to have to face these charges.”

Now, I’m not a fan of unnamed sources, and the FBI can’t indict, they can only recommend. Nevertheless, the question is this: Will the DOJ, headed by Attorney General Loretta Lynch, take the recommendation seriously and issue an indictment, if indeed the recommendation comes? The answer to that question will tell us whether or not justice really is for all.

Remember when Mrs. Clinton said this about Edward Snowden?

While those of us who still believe in the rule of law want to see Hillary Clinton held responsible for her reckless handling of “beyond top secret” classified information, not to mention corruption inside the Clinton Foundation, it throws a big ‘ol monkey wrench into the race for the White House. So what does this mean for the 2016 presidential campaign? My prediction: Hillary is either forced to resign following the indictment; she resigns citing health issues; or she’s filleted by the media and her opponents on the campaign trail and is essentially torpedoed. If the first two scenarios play out, will Bernie “I’m Sick of Hearing About Your Damned Emails” Sanders then become the nominee? Not if Debbie Wasserman Schultz and her merry band of minions have their way. Has anyone seen Joe Biden lately? He’s been hiding away somewhere, and every now and then dropping hints and lamenting his choice not to jump into the race. Look for him to come to the rescue of the DNC, perched upon his white horse, using the dying wishes of his deceased son, Beau, to play upon the emotions of the electorate. And if you think that’s grotesque and below the dignity of a presidential candidate, think again, because he’s already played that card.

Hang on to your fedoras, folks. Things could be getting a whole lot more interesting in the coming days.

Promises, promises…I won’t believe it until it happens. The FBI and DOJ have ZERO CREDIBILITY in my opinion, and deserve a vote of NO CONFIDENCE from the voting, tax paying public.

It’s good to be part of the ruling class in an oligarchy – you can do whatever you want – you’re outside the law and you’re untouchable, and no matter what you do, you’re still eligible to be considered a leader of the country. This could never happen in the great United States of America……wait…..
