Decades Of Appeasement Has Led To #NorthKorea’s Nuclear Build-Up [VIDEO]

North Korea has been a threat for decades. However, in the last 8-10 years, the country has embarked upon a significant ballistic and nuclear weapon build-up. More recently, Kim Jong Un has been testing ballistic missiles left and right. Yes, many of them have failed miserably leading to world-wide derision. But the fact is, he persists.

Just the other day it was announced that North Korea has successfully made a miniaturized nuclear warhead. Let me repeat that. North Korea now has mini nuclear warheads that can fit into ANY of their missiles! Not only that, but intelligence analysis says that the Norks have up to 60 nuclear missiles in its arsenal.

And that’s not all.

Despite the United States’ insistence that North Korea halt its missile tests, U.S. spy agencies detected the rogue communist regime loading two anti-ship cruise missiles on a patrol boat on the country’s east coast just days ago.

It’s the first time these missiles have been deployed on this type of platform since 2014, U.S. officials with knowledge of the latest intelligence in the region told Fox News on Monday.

It also points to more evidence that North Korea isn’t listening to the diplomatic threats from the West. [Emphasis Added]

I’d say that North Korea is a serious threat. One that the world needs to deal with ASAP.

Yet, if you looked at what the media is reporting, they are all hung up on the fact that President Trump said this:

They are ignoring the fact that decades of inaction, idiotic agreements, and diplomatic appeasement haven’t worked. At. All.

But wait! Didn’t a president with the last name of Clinton tell us he made the world safer from the threat of North Korea’s nukes? Why, yes, he did with the so-called “Agreed Framework.”

“This is a good deal for the United States,” he said at the time. “North Korea will freeze and then dismantle its nuclear program. South Korea and our other allies will be better protected. The entire world will be safer as we slow the spread of nuclear weapons.”

Oh, ok. So dismantling actually means BUILD MORE NUKES! Got it.

Obviously this threat from Clinton worked out so well…NOT.

Obama urged “strategic patience” with North Korea. That only served to have North Korea’s trade with China more than TRIPLE. Furthermore, there is credible evidence that shows North Korea and Iran have been in bed together for years coordinating on their respective nuclear weapons programs. Needless to say, Obama’s craptastic Iran Deal, with those pallets of cash, has likely helped rather than hindered NK’s nuclear build up. As for those who are whining that Trump is being too mean to North Korea, let me point out someone else who kicked the can down the road rather than deal with the threat that country poses:

Is nuking North Korea into oblivion right now the answer? No. Keep in mind that North Korea has tanks, planes and thousands of howitzers that could devastate all of South Korea and beyond. Furthermore, it’s highly likely that they have, with Iran’s help, stockpiled chemical and biological weapons that could make an already untenable situation worse. However, THIS is an idea.

As stated above, diplomacy and appeasement along with “strategic patience,” whatever the hell that means, has gotten us nowhere. In fact, this guy said the same thing back in 1999.

North Korea now has a LOT of guns in their hands, and they’ve made it clear they are NOT interested in negotiations of any kind. As Trump said above, bribing North Korea into stopping didn’t work prior to 1999 and it hasn’t worked since. Appeasement and kicking the can down the road by previous administrations has led to the crap sandwich that we are now dealing with. Everyone, and that includes China, needs to step up before little Kim decides to flex his muscles for real.

NK is Peking’s junk yard dog. Want to put NK on a leash? Hurt China in the pocket book.

Democrats using the “US-North Korea” situation to hate Trump – forgetting of course where it all started

Ummmm…. I think it started about 40 years before that Clinton-Kim agreement.

Is nuking North Korea into oblivion right now the answer?

    Maybe. It’s an answer.
But do keep in mind that if we nuke them “into oblivion” all those tanks and artillery shells will be just so much radioactive scrap metal (what isn’t vaporized). They only matter if we do a less-than-complete nuking.

BTW, pjmedia has a bit about a PhD candidate at GWU who says this is all Reagan’s fault. Premised on the invasion of Grenada, he asserts that the Kims started ramping up their efforts toward nukes and ICBMs because of Reagan’s invasion. Go ahead, facepalm; all the intelligent kids are doing it.

American intelligence agencies are telling The Washington Post all about North Korea’s nuclear threat… Yeah, I’m having a problem with that!

This reminds me too much of 2001-2002, when the younger President Bush was making the case that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction. That, after all, was what American intelligence was telling him, yet, when we invaded and got there, surprise, no WMD were found.1 When it comes to information of this sort, the CIA has made mistakes before.
