Cook County Commissioner Richard Boykin: Murders are Not Enough [VIDEO]

Murders in Chicago passed 600 as of mid-November, and Cook County Commissioner Richard Boykin wants to do something about it.

See, Chicago is a shithole, and President Trump said as much back in January when he suggested sending in “the feds” if Chicago doesn’t “fix the horrible ‘carnage’ going on.” Now, let’s put aside the Posse Comitatus Act implications about the President federalizing National Guard troops and sending them to engage in domestic civil law enforcement. Let’s first of all talk about how disrespectful and ignorant both Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Boykin are toward the citizen Soldiers who serve in the National Guard.

Emanuel derped that he was straight up against it, and claimed the National Guard “has nothing to do with public safety.” Of course, Rahmbo simply ignores the significant role the Guard has played in public safety efforts over the years, but his ignorance and callousness are not new. Rahmbo simply wants what he wants: ATF, DEA, and FBI, as well as MOAR MONEY, of course, because Waco and Ruby Ridge sound so appealing!

Meanwhile Boykin – not to be outstupided – wants the United Nations to come in and restore order.

“The United Nations has a track record of protecting minority populations,” Boykin told Inc. before his meeting. “There was tribal warfare between the Tutsis and the Hutus in Africa, and they deployed peacekeeping troops there to help save those populations and reduce the bloodshed. We have to do something — black people in Chicago make up 30 percent of the population but 80 percent of those who are killed by gun violence.”

Asked how that might differ from sending in the National Guard, Boykin said, “The difference is, I’m not so sure that the National Guard is so used to peacekeeping and a peacekeeping role: The U.N. is trained in this.”

No, seriously. This doofus really said this.

Bosnia, Kosovo, Somalia, Kuwait, Haiti, LA riots, Operation Provide Hope, Hurricane Andrew, Support Hope in Rwanda… should I go on?

Gee, what expertise could the Guard possibly provide in these types of situations?

I guess Boykin also conveniently forgot that the UN was condemned for what was described as “deplorable inaction” in Rwanda, so maybe the example of the Tutsis and the Hutus in Africa is not the best one to bring up.

Meanwhile, the UN also is well known for its corruption schemes and fraud, its inability to police itself and clean up corruption in its own ranks, and let’s not forget the multiple sex scandals, allegations of rape, and human trafficking and forced prostitution! That’s just what we need in Chicago, according to this prog douche.

Because murders are not enough. We need rape, human trafficking and misappropriation of millions of dollars too.

I guess, if there’s a bright side to any of this, the blue helmeted cockroaches would likely be exterminated the moment they tried to step foot in places like Englewood. I suppose that would save some bullets when ejecting them from our soil after they invariably engage in filthy corruption, rape, and other undesirable activities.

Meanwhile other proglodyte nimrods screech about gun control and how the NRA is the problem in Chicago. So let’s send in unaccountable, supranational, corrupt armed douche bags into the city! Let’s permit irresponsible foreign troops on US soil.

What could possibly go wrong?

80% of murder victims and nearly 100% of the wounded are blacks because other blacks are shooting them. Chicago, the most corrupt city in the USA.

    There’s the competing Article 4, Section 4:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Not sure which legislature has to “apply”, though, for the domestic violence bit – state or federal.

“The United Nations has a track record of protecting minority populations,”

    BWAHAHA… HAHA… BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
If you count “putting them in camps where they can turn all the little girls into prostitutes” as “protecting”, sure!

I’m not so sure that the National Guard is so used to peacekeeping and a peacekeeping role: The U.N. is trained in this.

And who do you think trains the UN, dingleberry? The places where peace is actually kept? Yeah, it’s US soldiers doing it. Remember who all the hand-wringers and scared infants asked to handle places like Bosnia and (what? who knew this?!?) Rwanda? Yeah, it was US.

Wait, you said all that, already. 😉

One advantage of putting UN troops in Chicago would be a good excuse for putting a concertina wire fence around it and cutting it right out of the US. Our “gun violence” problem as a country would go down dramatically.

Ooooh, here’s an idea. Maybe Dick and Duck* can introduce legislation to move the UN HQ from NY to Chicago! Then bring in the blue-helmeted boys to handle things. That could be entertaining!

I am reminded of some dialog from my favorite movie – Casablanca.

Maj. Heinrich Strasser: Are you one of those people who can not imagine the Germans in their beloved Paris?
Rick Blaine: It’s not particularly my beloved Paris.
Maj. Heinrich Strasser: Can you image us in London?
Rick Blaine: When you get there ask me!
    Capt. Louis Renault: Hmmmh! Diplomats!
Maj. Heinrich Strasser: How about New York?
Rick Blaine: Well there are certain sections of New York, Major, that I wouldn’t advise you to invade.

United Nations ‘Peacekeepers’ are in place to stand between rial groups which kill each other; the mayhem in Chicago is not inter-group but intra-group.

    • GWB says:

Only if you count race as the only applicable “group”. The problem is a free-fire zone between rival gangs and those who live in-between them. Actually, it’s a heck of a lot like Bosnia – gangs that really don’t have much difference between them except their desire for power, trying to kill each other in truly inefficient fashion. Maybe Clinton should invite them all to Dayton…….
