#NYPD: Families of Slain Officers Ramos and Liu Face Sorrowful Christmas

“Peace on earth goodwill towards men” is the oft quoted Biblical verse of choice for the Christmas season in which Christian’s celebrate the birth of the Messiah and the Savior of mankind. It is a time of great joy, wonderment, and deep reflection. As most of us reverently savor the traditions of this holy holiday, enjoying the time to spend yet again with faces that have been both near and far, this will not be the case for the families of Officer Rafael Ramos and Officer Wenjian Liu this season or those that will come after. As most would know given the intensive media coverage, these two NYPD officers were shot and killed execution style Saturday 20th near a housing project they were patrolling by a malcontent named Ismaaiyl Brinsley. According to the New York Times Monday, Brinsley was apparently incited to violence by all the racist rhetoric we’ve been inundated with as a nation for the last few weeks.

“The New York City police commissioner, William J. Bratton, said on Monday morning that the killing of two police officers was a “direct spinoff of this issue” of the protests that have roiled the nation in recent weeks…”

“While mostly peaceful, those protests have also featured vitriolic and personal attacks that condemn those who wear a badge as racists and worse.

When Ismaaiyl Brinsley boarded a bus to New York on Saturday morning, he had made his intentions clear for the world to see on social media — he wanted to kill police officers.”

Also on Monday, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was quoted as saying at The Hill:

“We’ve had four months of propaganda starting with the president that everybody should hate the police,” Giuliani said during an appearance on Fox News early Sunday. “The protests are being embraced, the protests are being encouraged. The protests, even the ones that don’t lead to violence, a lot of them lead to violence, all of them lead to a conclusion: The police are bad, the police are racist. That is completely wrong.”

Naturally the imp of Satan himself, Al Sharpton, race-hustling carpetbagger extraordinaire, is cravenly scrambling posthaste away from his role in this highly divisive, socially engineered, progressive melodrama. Truth Revolt recently reported Sharpton’s swift condemnation of the two murders and of course, trying to convince us that these protests were supposed to be peaceful demonstrations. In his own words:

“Our city is hurting, we are hurting. Today we mourn the loss of two NYPD officers who were gunned down in a vicious act of senseless violence.

As soon as news broke of the tragedy in Brooklyn, I spoke with both the families of Eric Garner and Michael Brown. And let me be perfectly clear, we are all outraged and saddened by the deaths of these police officers. Any use of the names of Eric Garner and Michael Brown, in connection with any violence or killing of police, is reprehensible and against the pursuit of justice in both cases.

At every rally and every march, we have stressed nonviolence and peaceful protests.

I delivered the eulogy at Michael Brown’s funeral and Eric Garner’s funeral and denounced anyone engaging in violence. We have even been criticized at National Action Network, NAN, for not allowing certain rhetoric/chants calling for violence, and we would abruptly denounce it at all of our gatherings. Violence never has and never will have a place in the true fight for equality and justice.”

Those of us that have been keeping abreast of this deliberate debacle brought to us by the purveyors of leftist warfare against the tenets of a Constitutional Republic and a Judeo-Christian society know he speaks nothing but lies. It wasn’t enough to burn Ferguson to the ground with its looting and pillaging and violence. Sharpton is on an incendiary roll of open race and class warfare. Back as early as December 15th, this is what Sharpton was obviously encouraging and advocating for according to NYT:

“At least five officers have been assaulted by protesters — including two lieutenants on Saturday during a nighttime melee on the Brooklyn Bridge. Earlier on Saturday, at Madison Avenue and 28th Street, a group of protesters surrounded a pair of traffic agents in a marked police car and smashed the rear window with a trash bin and a side window with a metal pole.”

And:

“On Sunday, police officers across the city were sharing a video recorded Saturday afternoon out of the window of an apartment on 32nd Street that captured a small contingent of protesters, engaging in a call and response, chanting: “What do we want? Dead cops.”

Thank you, Al Sharpton. You and your “non-violent” protesters have gotten what you were after. Two dead police officers. This Christmas, Officer Wenjian Liu’s new bride of only three months is now his new widow. What should have been the first of many Christmas’ spent together as newlyweds embracing a life together will now be spent by his parents and his wife, inconsolable and bereft. Officer Rafael Ramos’ 13 year old son, Jaden, will not see his Dad this Christmas morning when so many other children across America will be bounding out of bed with delight and happiness as they try to drag sleepy but grinning parents from their beds. No, for these two families Christmas will carry a taint of bitterness and sorrow and what might-have-beens for years to come.

Patrick Lynch, who is head of the NYPD union, had this to say at a news conference Monday as reported by FOXNEWS:

“There’s blood on many hands tonight,” Patrolman’s Benevolent Association President Patrick Lynch said late Saturday. “Those that incited violence on this street under the guise of protest, that tried to tear down what New York City police officers did everyday.

“We tried to warn it must not go on, it cannot be tolerated,” Lynch continued. “That blood on the hands starts on the steps of city hall in the office of the mayor.”

I agree. There is blood on many hands. God have mercy on those who have wrought such wickedness and evil intent under the guise of a concocted moral outrage. May we pray this Christmas season for the families of these two fallen officers to find some peace; and may those that have breathed such violence against those that serve and protect be convicted in their hearts so that the deaths of these two officers will not be in vain.

Sharpton is something else. “These were intended to be peaceful protests”. Fat Albert must be quiet the mental simpleton then to really buy this-and to expect us too as well. When you have rabble like these “protestors” and fill their minds with violent ideas and bleat on about “racism” over and over again what do you think will happen? These “protests” were preordained to be violent and deadly-just like what happened in 1930’s Germany regarding the Jews when the Nazis whipped up the same sentiments. Anybody who couldn’t see that is an idiot and has no business being a “national leader”. Such rabble rousers need to be in jail for incitement to riot and worse.

As for the families of the two cops-why should the Lefty scum care? They were “legitimate targets”-same as all Jews are viewed by palestinians. And who cares if it’s Christmastime? That’s a holiday that needs to be eliminated anyway because it’s about that awful Jesus fellow and has too much religion in it by their warped thinking.

Sharpton and his ilk deserve worse than an eternity in hell for their antics.
